44 years ago, my husband Bill and I had our first baby, bought a piece of property in Bonner and started the sweat equity journey. On this 2 acre spot, we raised a family of 4, gardened, planted fruit and nut trees. We had chickens, geese, ducks, rabbits and sometimes pigs. The property had 13 living units of various sizes and conditions. We lived in one and leased the rest. Our children always had chores, including cleaning and repairing apartments.
We have grown to 34 units in Bonner and Missoula , having just finished a new project with 14 units on the Westside with fruit trees and a garden for tenants in the common area.
My 2 daughters: Chryssa and Libby, after earning their education, are now running the business. Chryssa took over without much instruction right after she graduated, because my husband, my kids’ father, was dying of cancer. She quickly learned and was soon replacing dishwashers and hot water heaters, along with leasing and mowing lawns. Libby came into the company a few years later and took over the leasing.
We are excited to be offering these shiny new buildings , beautifully designed by MMW Architects and expertly built by Sirius Construction.

After a life time of hard work, Rebecca Velde is now somewhat retired and living up the Bitterroot. She is passionate about painting and gardening.

Property Manager
Libby Velde's expertise lies in the fields of psychology and social work. Having gone through the challenges of renting Missoula herself, she is dedicated to making the process easier for others.
Maintenance
Chryssa Velde takes pride and ownership of every house, duplex, or apartment we manage, and has even lived in several of them over the years. She strives to make every unit a comfortable place to call home.
